4.Remember NEVER to heat your animals water with a high voltage. 12v DC is great for dogs, cats, horses, cattle to keeps water troughs and stock tanks from freezing in winter.

*Do NOT run the tanks DRY with the heating element ON or it will burn up!You MUST always have them submerged in water at ALL times when they are powered up!
*Do NOT use grid power as it will immediately destroy the element.
*If you are using 24 volts water heating element, please use 24 Volt battery and vice versa.
